The Flovestium team is drawn from three professional backgrounds: quantitative research with doctoral-level credentials, portfolio management experience from top-decile hedge funds and asset managers, and product engineering carrying enterprise-grade security certifications.
Every senior team member has held responsibility over production capital at scale. Our principles favor rigor over volume, and operational discipline over headline marketing. The platform is what we wanted ourselves: serious, transparent, and aligned with how institutional capital actually behaves.
We are headquartered in Berlin, with engineering teams across Europe and North America. We operate as a small, focused company — small enough that the people who built the platform are still the people who answer your support emails.
We hire slowly. We deploy carefully. And we publish a public engineering blog where we document our technical choices in detail — including the ones that did not work out.
