Flovestium operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable national data-protection legislation. Personal data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and used solely for service delivery and statutory record-keeping.
Identification details (name, date of birth, residential address), contact information (email, telephone), financial information (source of funds, transaction history), and platform usage data necessary to provide the service. This information is never shared with unauthorised third parties; it is transmitted only to regulated brokers for the purpose of opening segregated accounts on the client’s behalf.
Clients retain the right to access, correct, port, or delete their data. Requests should be addressed to [email protected] and are answered within thirty days.
Personal data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for any subsequent period required by applicable financial-regulatory law (typically five years following account closure). Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be retained longer for product-improvement purposes.
